Traditionally artists shows "lust" as naked woman or man (woman more often), vicious naked person who stare on you so shamelessly...
But for me "lust" - not a naked person. Lust hiding in eyes of another one. Person who watch. Who stare. Lust in his (or her) mind, lust is dirty shameless thoughts. 
This is like story about lady Godiva in reverse - nobody close window, but all of citizens open it

For me this is one of the worst sins from seven. People with this sin often say that they are only a human after all, trying to make their sin normal
